About this role
The Vault Recruitment is seeking a smart, organized and enthusiastic NYSC Member to join the Human Resources team. The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management and other HR operations while gaining practical experience in human resource management

Employment Type: NYSC Internship (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Salary: NGN 70,000
Gender: Female (for gender balance)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting HR-related correspondence and reports
- Coordinate communication with candidates and employees
- Support training, engagement and other HR initiatives
- Ensure proper filing and management of confidential HR documents
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC Member
- Must have a minimum of 10 months of service remaining
- Degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
