About this role
Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a Product & Project Manager for its marketing technology operations in Lagos State. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Technology, this hybrid product-project leadership role drives AI integration, digitalization initiatives, Agile cross-functional team coordination, external vendor management, and martech product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities

AI & Digitalization Project Execution: Manage digital transformation and AI integration initiatives within marketing operations from initiation through to deployment.

Product Ownership & Requirements Mapping: Translate marketing business requirements into technical specs, user stories, product backlogs, and execution milestones.

Agile Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate daily scrums/sprints across marketing leads, IT/software engineering teams, and third-party AI platform vendors.

Timeline Management & Bottleneck Mitigation: Track deliverable schedules, monitor project risk dependencies, resolve blockers, and present progress dashboards to senior management.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or Business Administration.

Frameworks & Methodologies: Practical mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies, product lifecycle management, Jira/Asana tools, and sprint planning.

Specialized Exposure: Prior experience managing AI integration, martech platforms, digital transformation, or software product launches is a strong advantage.
