About this role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR Agency) is recruiting a Content Strategist & Creator for its marketing operations based in Masha, Surulere, Lagos State. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this creative role drives end-to-end short-form video production (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), visual storytelling, content pillar development, graphic design, and performance tracking across multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Pillars: Translate client and agency objectives into monthly content themes, video concepts, and campaign pillars optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

End-to-End Multimedia Production: Script, direct, film, and edit high-engagement short-form videos; handle on-site lifestyle/campaign shoots and design supporting carousel graphics on Canva.

Creative Direction & On-Camera Execution: Maintain brand visual consistency, direct talent, participate in on-camera presentation when needed, and curate an organized media asset library.

Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track video retention rates, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics to refine upcoming content strategies and ad creatives.

Academic Credentials: OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Media Studies.

Editing & Design Tools: Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and mobile shooting setups.

Sector Experience: Prior content creation experience for FMCG, food, consumer, or lifestyle brands is considered a distinct advantage.

Core Competencies: Creative storytelling, trend research, independence, visual composition, and deadline management.
