About this role
Elevare Human Solutions Limited—a Lagos-based human resource consulting firm recruiting on behalf of a growing commercial client—is recruiting a Field Marketer for operations across Nigeria (Hybrid). This target-driven direct sales role focuses on driving ground-level brand awareness, generating and converting qualified leads within designated territories, and building repeat client relationships to boost revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities-
Territory Engagement & Brand Visibility: Drive brand awareness and execute direct promotional engagements across assigned coverage territories.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Prospect, engage on the ground, and convert target prospects into active clients to meet monthly targets.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain touchpoints with existing clients to drive retention, repeat orders, and account growth.

Academic Background: Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.

Experience Baseline: 2–4 years of direct field marketing or ground sales experience.

Core Competencies: Lead prospecting, direct closing, communication, field negotiation, target orientation, and autonomous work execution.
