Outlet Manager

Khenpro Global Services—a Lagos-based human capital organization offering specialized recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consultancy services—is recruiting an Outlet Manager for full-time retail and QSR operations across Lagos State (Island and Mainland locations). This operational leadership role takes complete ownership of daily store operations, staff supervision, inventory control, sales target execution, and customer service delivery in high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Revenue Management: Direct day-to-day outlet operations; drive sales targets, manage daily cash transactions, control inventory levels, and minimize product wastage and operational losses.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate store personnel; track team attendance, enforce workplace discipline, and oversee staff performance.
• Customer Service & Standards Enforcement: Ensure high customer satisfaction levels, resolve guest complaints, enforce hygiene/safety standards, and maintain overall brand presentation.
• Reporting & Problem Solving: Compile daily/weekly sales and operational performance reports; identify operational bottlenecks and implement rapid solutions in target-driven conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 
• Work Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on managerial or supervisory experience within busy retail, FMCG, QSR, or hospitality outlets.
• Core Competencies: Strong team leadership, stock control abilities, customer conflict resolution, numerical accuracy, clear verbal communication, and decisive problem-solving capabilities.
