Human Resource Officer

C-Restructure Consulting—a human resource and management consulting firm recruiting on behalf of an enterprise in the FMCG/wholesale distribution sector—is seeking a Human Resource Officer for a facility located in Aboru, Iyana Ipaja, Lagos State.  Reporting to the HR Manager or Operations Director, this operational HR position handles policy implementation, personnel record keeping, performance appraisal tracking, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and Nigerian labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Documentation & Policy Drafting: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures, and central personnel files.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Draft job descriptions, coordinate candidate screening, execute interview logistics, and manage new hire orientation sessions.

• Performance Appraisal Management: Maintain employee performance trackers, monitor KPI metrics, and support quarterly/annual appraisal cycles.

• Labor Compliance & Employee Engagement: Ensure operational alignment with Nigerian labor laws, assist with grievance resolution, and manage daily HR admin functions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or ERP software.

• Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of Nigerian labor regulations, confidential record keeping, performance tracking, and strong interpersonal communication.
