About this role
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited—a licensed recruitment, training, and HR consulting agency specializing in corporate and domestic staffing—is recruiting a Junior Recruiter for its in-house recruitment operations located in Ikeja, Lagos State. This entry-to-mid level talent acquisition role focuses on full-lifecycle domestic staff recruitment (sourcing, vetting, interviewing, onboarding, and client deployment) along with candidate documentation and placement tracking.
Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen applications, and interview qualified domestic staff (nannies, housekeepers, drivers, caregivers, janitors) for corporate and private client placements.

Onboarding & Deployment: Conduct basic orientation/training for newly hired staff and coordinate their physical deployment to client locations.

Record Management & Reporting: Organize candidate documentation, maintain the talent database, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment activity reports.

Client & Candidate Relations: Conduct follow-ups with deployed staff and clients to ensure smooth integration and high retention rates.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for report writing and database management.

Core Competencies: Strong interview techniques, record-keeping accuracy, interpersonal communication, time management, and attention to detail.
