Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Officer

Global Personnel Solutions—a talent solutions firm connecting African professionals with global career opportunities—is recruiting a proactive Recruiter / Talent Sourcing Officer at its office in Lekki, Lagos. This role focuses heavily on active candidate sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement rather than traditional passive job posting, aiming to build strong talent pipelines and fill hard-to-source roles for local and international clients.

• Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, direct outreach, and talent mapping to identify, engage, and convert high-quality and passive candidates.

• Pipeline Development: Build and nurture active candidate networks for recurring and niche international/local roles.

• Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate assessments, screen profiles against role specs, and present shortlisted slates to hiring managers or enterprise clients.

• Recruitment Operations & Tracking: Manage end-to-end candidate communication, track recruitment metrics through candidate databases/ATS, and maintain accurate sourcing records.

• Experience: Proven track record in talent sourcing, headhunting, or agency recruitment.

• Technical Sourcing Skills: Strong mastery of LinkedIn sourcing techniques, Boolean operators, and candidate outreach strategies.

• Core Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, urgency-driven mindset, ability to work independently, and strong networking capability.

• Standout Qualities: Prior experience sourcing talent for international/diaspora roles, talent mapping expertise, and a fast time-to-fill metric on hard-to-staff vacancies.
