About this role
Adventure Capital Group is recruiting a full-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to senior executive leadership. Based at the corporate office in Maryland, Lagos, this role serves as a primary gatekeeper and coordinator, managing complex schedules, corporate correspondence, data analytics dashboards, and sensitive administrative workflows with absolute confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities-
Executive Calendar Management: Manage, prioritize, and optimize the executive's daily calendar, coordinating complex travel itineraries, strategic agendas, and corporate meeting logistics.

Corporate Communication: Draft, review, and finalize high-level corporate correspondence, executive briefs, meeting minutes, and operational emails.

Data & Analytics Reporting: Utilize business intelligence tools to compile data, track key performance indicators, and prepare analytical executive reports and visual decks.

Information Gatekeeping: Act as the strategic point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, safeguarding sensitive corporate information and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing company initiatives on behalf of the executive, ensuring action items are met, timelines are respected, and cross-functional teams remain aligned.

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, English, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Experience Baseline: At least 2 years of proven, hands-on experience operating as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or within a comparable senior administrative capacity.

Technical Software Stack: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI for analytics dashboards, and modern virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

Core Competencies: Elite written and verbal business English communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly proactive, self-motivated approach to workplace issues.

Professional Ethics: High level of personal integrity, polished professional appearance, and sharp problem-solving instincts under minimal management supervision.
