Marketing Officer

Khenpro Global Services—a Lagos-based human capital organization offering specialized recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consultancy services—is recruiting a Marketing Officer for its full-time operations. Designed as a graduate-entry position, this creative role assists in driving multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media management, market research, and brand engagement to support client growth and company service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Content Creation: Support the execution of promotional campaigns; assist in generating marketing copy and visual assets for social media, websites, email blasts, and print collateral.
• Social Media & Event Coordination: Help manage company social channels, maintain brand consistency, and support PR initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement events.
• Market Research & Analytics: Conduct competitor analysis, monitor market trends, track campaign performance metrics, and log customer database information.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or SEO principles) is desirable.
• Core Competencies: Sound understanding of marketing principles, strong creative thinking, good analytical capability, and clear written/verbal English communication skills.
