About this role
IdeaBox Creative Consultancy, a brand and marketing agency focused on expanding SMB online reach and revenue, is recruiting a Social Media Manager. This is a full-time, hands-on role based in Abuja (Remote / Hybrid) requiring practical skills in smartphone video production, CapCut editing, and Canva design for multi-industry clients.
Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Production: Shoot high-quality short-form video content on a smartphone and edit clips using CapCut for client channels.

Graphic Design: Design social media graphics, visual assets, and marketing collateral using Canva.

Account & Schedule Management: Plan content calendars, manage daily posting schedules, and engage online audiences across client accounts in diverse sectors.

Campaign Support: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and monitoring basic engagement performance.
Requirements & Qualifications

Core Technical Skills:

Smartphone video shooting proficiency.

Practical video editing skills using CapCut.

Visual graphic design skills using Canva.

Work Ethic: Strong self-starter attitude, ability to work independently, and take full ownership of client deliverables without needing constant oversight.
