Sales Executive

Montaigne AH Limited (Montaigne Place)—Nigeria’s leading luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness retail company with over 40 outlets nationwide—is recruiting a Sales Executive for its operations in Lagos State. This full-time role focuses on lead generation, corporate and high-net-worth client acquisition, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, CRM tracking, and expanding the brand's luxury market presence across Lagos.

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold outreach, client networking, market research, and luxury retail activations.

• Product Pitches & Client Consultation: Present and demonstrate premium cosmetics, niche fragrances, skincare, and spa service packages to prospective individual and corporate clients.

• Deal Closing & Contract Negotiation: Address client objections, negotiate pricing/terms within brand parameters, close high-value deals, and prepare proposals, sales contracts, and invoices.

• Relationship Management & CRM: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive repeat purchases; maintain precise records of leads, pipelines, and conversions in CRM software.

• Market Intelligence & Events: Monitor competitor trends in the luxury beauty sector, participate in industry trade shows/events, and deliver post-sales customer support to ensure high satisfaction.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, relationship management, or luxury/premium retail operations.

• Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, refined communication and presentation abilities, CRM software proficiency, self-motivation, and a strong personal alignment with high-end beauty/wellness lifestyle brands.
