Photographer

Aceroyal Estates—a fast-growing commercial real estate firm in Lagos specializing in property leasing, asset marketing, and investment acquisitions—is recruiting Photographers to join its media and visual marketing team. This role is responsible for taking high-quality real estate photographs, architectural shots, property tour imagery, and visual media collateral to support property listings, promotional campaigns, and brand marketing across Lagos.

• Real Estate Photography: Capture high-resolution interior, exterior, and architectural photographs of commercial and residential properties across Lagos.

• Asset Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually compelling content for property listings, brochures, social media, and client presentations.

• Photo Editing & Touch-ups: Retouch, color-correct, and optimize image files for digital, web, and print publication while maintaining accurate property representation.

• Site Walkthroughs & On-Location Shoots: Travel to various development sites and properties to conduct scheduled photo shoots and capture live property tours.

• Experience & Portfolio: Proven experience as a photographer (preferably in real estate, architectural, or commercial photography) with a strong, diverse visual portfolio.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with professional DSLR/mirrorless camera equipment, lighting gear, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

• Communication & Personal Presentation: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to introduce yourself and showcase creative ideas on camera.
