About this role
Aceroyal Estates—a fast-growing commercial real estate firm in Lagos specializing in property leasing, asset marketing, and investment acquisitions—is recruiting Social Media Managers to lead its online presence and digital channel strategy. This role focuses on developing data-driven social media strategies, managing multi-platform campaign execution, overseeing community engagement, analyzing growth performance, and positioning the firm's commercial property deals across key digital platforms in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities-
Social Media Strategy & Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Content Calendar & Campaign Oversight: Plan and manage monthly content calendars; coordinate with content creators, photographers, and graphic designers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality property showcases.

Community Management & Lead Nurturing: Engage directly with prospective buyers, tenants, and investors across comments and direct messages; build active online real estate communities.

Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI); deliver actionable insights and monthly performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience: Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, along with hands-on experience managing corporate or real estate social media channels.

Portfolio Required: Proven portfolio showing social media campaign management, platform growth metrics, content strategy plans, or ad campaign performance.

Core Competencies: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid ad management (Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads), analytics tools, community moderation, and excellent written communication skills.
