Social Media Manager / Graphics Designer
About this role
Kreditek Stride Limited—a non-bank financial lending institution providing credit solutions to SMEs, entrepreneurs, and individuals—is recruiting a Social Media Manager / Graphics Designer for its office in Utako, Abuja (FCT). This dual creative role involves managing corporate social media platforms, producing high-converting graphic assets, writing financial promotional copy, and creating video reels to drive brand awareness and loan applications.
Key Responsibilities-
Social Media Management: Oversee corporate accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; maintain a content calendar; and respond promptly to client inquiries.

Graphic Design & Branding: Design flyers, banners, social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing collateral adhering strictly to Kreditek's visual identity.

Copywriting & Visual Content: Write clear promotional copy and captions for credit/loan products; edit photos and create short-form video reels for digital campaigns.

Performance Reporting: Monitor social metrics (reach, engagement, conversion leads), track competitor strategies, and adjust content schedules based on analytics.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, or digital marketing.

Design & Editing Tools: Practical mastery of graphic design platforms (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).

Core Competencies: Understanding of financial product promotion, brand consistency, multi-platform design optimization, and community engagement.
