About this role
EHA Clinics—a technology-enabled, data-driven healthcare network and subsidiary of eHealth Africa—is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its clinical facility at Novare Mall, Sangotedo, Lagos State. This patient-centered nursing role involves delivering clinical care, executing home-care visits, managing electronic medical records (EMR), providing emergency life support, and offering compassionate support to patients and families across clinic and home settings.

Clinical Assessment & Care: Perform problem-focused and age-specific patient evaluations; synthesize assessment data to create, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans.

Medication Administration & Safety: Administer prescribed medications, continuously monitor for therapeutic or adverse effects, and intervene rapidly in clinical emergencies (including Basic Life Support).

Home-Care & Outreach: Travel to patients' residences to deliver scheduled home-based nursing care during on-call shifts.

Infectious Disease & Pediatric Care: Manage pediatric and adult patients presenting with infectious conditions following strict infection control protocols.

EMR & Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time clinical notes and treatment logs in the clinic’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Patient Advocacy & Education: Educate families and patients on treatment plans, alleviate care anxiety, and participate in community health promotion drives.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.N.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. (Top 10% graduating distinction preferred).

Licensure: Valid and active practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate nursing experience in an accredited University Teaching Hospital, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), or recognized International Hospital.

Active hands-on clinical experience (at least 2 years of direct patient care within the last 3 years).

Core Competencies: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, home-care adaptability, EMR proficiency, strong clinical judgment, and excellent patient empathy.
