About this role
LifeBank—a healthcare technology and logistics enterprise operating across Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Kenya—is recruiting a Pharmacist to serve on a contract basis at its distribution center in Onipanu, Lagos. This technical and regulatory role acts as the Superintendent Pharmacist, taking responsibility for PCN premises licensing, NAFDAC regulatory compliance, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) enforcement, and pharmaceutical inventory governance.
Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Licensing & PCN Coverage: Lead Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) facility licensing, registration renewals, and statutory record-keeping; serve as the designated Superintendent Pharmacist for the premises.

Quality Management & SOP Development: Design, implement, and maintain pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliant with Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

Agency Engagement & Audit Inspections: Serve as the primary liaison for PCN, NAFDAC, and governmental health authorities; coordinate regulatory inspections and support prospective pharmaceutical partner approvals.

Inventory Governance & Personnel Training: Oversee the safe storage, handling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical inventory while training warehouse and logistics staff on handling protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: B.Sc. in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from an accredited institution.

Licensing & Experience: 3–5 years of cognate pharmacy practice experience; valid PCN registration and practicing license required to serve as Superintendent Pharmacist.

Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of PCN guidelines, NAFDAC regulations, Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and wholesale pharmaceutical QMS frameworks.
