Hospital Marketer / Field Business Development Executive Officer

Fortics Lifecare Limited—a healthcare management firm expanding primary and secondary healthcare assets and cottage hospitals across Nigeria—is recruiting a Hospital Marketer / Field Business Development Executive Officer for its facility operations based in Lekki, Lagos State. Reporting to the Growth Lead, this field-based commercial role drives patient volume, expands medical referral networks (doctors/specialists), secures corporate retainer partnerships, and conducts community outreach across the Lekki axis.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Acquisition & Field Marketing: Conduct daily field visits, community health outreach, and promotional campaigns across Lekki to increase hospital footfall and patient admissions.

• Referral Network Expansion: Build and maintain direct referral networks with private general practitioners, specialists, diagnostics centers, and primary healthcare clinics.

• Corporate Partnerships & HMO Retainers: Pitch and secure healthcare retainer accounts with corporate organizations, private schools, real estate firms, and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs).

• Lead Tracking & Reporting: Log daily field engagements, maintain client pipeline records, and prepare weekly lead-conversion reports for the Growth and Clinical teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

• Geographic & Role Constraints: Must be based in Lagos State, strictly residing within Lekki/Epe expressway environs, and willing to undergo regular field movement.

• Core Competencies: Medical B2B pitching, referral network management, HMO retainer negotiations, lead conversion, and field reporting.
