Beauty Consultant

KEDI Healthcare Industries (Nigeria) Limited—a multinational healthcare and direct-sales manufacturing enterprise—is recruiting a Beauty Consultant for its skincare retail brand, ALOE HOUSE, located in Ikeja, Lagos State. Reporting to the Retail Operations Lead, this sales-focused retail role combines personal beauty consultations, facial treatment demonstrations, and Aloe Vera-based product cross-selling to achieve monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Revenue Generation: Proactively pitch, cross-sell, and close sales on ALOE HOUSE Aloe Vera-based skincare products to achieve individual monthly revenue targets.

• Facial Demonstrations & Consultations: Provide personalized skin assessments and execute basic facial treatment service demonstrations to showcase product efficacy and convert trials into sales.

• Store Management & Merchandising: Oversee day-to-day shop floor operations, maintain attractive shelf displays, monitor stock inventory levels, and process retail payments.

• Customer Retention: Build direct relationships with walk-in and regular clients to drive repeat store visits and product reorders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline/field.

• Sales & Beauty Skills: 1–2 years in beauty/cosmetic sales with a track record of meeting targets; foundational practical skills in facial massage and skin treatment application.

• Core Competencies: Commercial pitching, active listening, store merchandising, interpersonal rapport, and customer relationship building.
