Pharmacy Technician

Beyond Tabs—a pharmaceutical services company operating in retail and community care—is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for its facility in Lekki, Lagos State. This hands-on clinical and operational support position assists supervising pharmacists with medication dispensing, inventory governance, stock rotation, customer relations, and regulatory documentation compliance.

• Dispensing Support & Operations: Assist pharmacists in preparing, verifying, packaging, and labeling prescription medications; maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensing environment.

• Inventory & Stock Governance: Monitor drug stock levels, conduct periodic inventory counts, track product expiry dates (FEFO/FIFO rotation), and prevent inventory loss/breakage.

• Customer Service & Sales: Receive and attend to retail pharmacy customers, assist with over-the-counter (OTC) products, handle point-of-sale transactions, and refer clinical queries to the supervising pharmacist.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of sales, prescriptions, and stock entries; uphold strict patient confidentiality; and adhere to pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Education & Professional Status: Diploma in Pharmacy Technician studies from a recognized health institution, with relevant regulatory body registration.

• Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with pharmacy management software, inventory tracking systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
