Customer Support Engineering Intern - NYSC

GE Vernova Gas Power—a global energy leader combining world-class power engineering, digital analytics, and infrastructure services—is recruiting a Customer Support Engineering Intern (NYSC) for its operations in Lagos State. This technical internship offers currently serving NYSC Corps Members hands-on engineering exposure in supporting the region's installed gas power plant base, executing technical project objectives, and interfacing with senior engineers and commercial clients.

• Engineering Project Execution: Apply fundamental engineering principles to deliver assigned technical support projects across the regional installed base.

• Stakeholder Interfacing: Act as a technical liaison between senior engineering leadership, cross-functional internal teams, and key commercial clients.

• Regional Engineering Support: Assist regional engineering leads in problem-solving, operational troubleshooting, and objective tracking for gas power infrastructure.

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Energy, or related discipline).

• NYSC Eligibility: Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member posted to Lagos State.

• Technical Skills: Sound computer proficiency and digital analytical capabilities.

• Desired Competencies: Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills, leadership potential, organizational ability, and customer relationship management skills.
