Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited—a leading agribusiness operator specializing in day-old chicks, pullets, and commercial poultry solutions—is recruiting a Total Rewards Officer for its corporate headquarters in Magodo, Lagos State. This analytical HR role focuses on managing compensation structures, salary benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks, payroll control inputs, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities-
Compensation & Benefits Administration: Manage salary structures, pay bands, allowances, monthly payroll reward inputs, and liaison with HMOs, pension fund administrators (PFAs), and insurance providers.

Salary Benchmarking & Job Grading: Conduct market intelligence reviews, evaluate job roles to maintain pay equity, and track salary positioning relative to industry benchmarks.

Data Analytics & Cost Control: Develop compensation dashboards, track reward KPIs, run budget cost impact analyses, and ensure strict payroll internal controls to prevent overpayments or unauthorized adjustments.

Statutory Compliance & Recognition: Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian PAYE, Pension Reform Act regulations, and administer performance-linked incentive/bonus programs.

Core Aptitude: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS/payroll software, numerical modeling, and database reconciliation.

Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, statutory tax withholdings (PAYE), pension compliance, and variable pay designs.

Soft Skills: Absolute discretion when handling sensitive salary data, strong communication abilities, and analytical problem-solving skills.
