Job Description

• Direct financial management, reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations for engineering and project-based workflows.

• Ensure regulatory tax compliance, apply standard accounting practices, and manage detailed financial recordkeeping.

• Collaborate with project teams and utilize ERP systems or accounting software to maintain accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ledger management, and financial reporting.

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets while conducting routine account reconciliations.

• Manage corporate tax compliance, regulatory filings, and adherence to accounting standards.

• Utilize accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or ERP platforms) to log financial transactions and generate reports.

• Partner with project teams to monitor project-related financial records and expenditures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably within construction, real estate, or project-based sectors).

• Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and bank reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of statutory tax compliance and accounting standards.

• Hands-on experience using accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
