Sales Officer

PalmPay—an Africa-focused fintech and mobile payments company—is recruiting a Sales Officer for its field commercial operations in Abuja. This entry-level field sales position focuses on direct customer acquisition, market engagement, merchant onboarding, and driving daily loan product disbursements across local markets and small business hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Customer Acquisition: Conduct daily field outreach across markets, commercial centers, and small business locations in Abuja to pitch loan offerings.

• Customer Onboarding & Support: Educate prospective borrowers on available loan structures, terms, and digital app processes; guide users step-by-step through application submissions.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and weekly micro-loan origination and disbursement targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Residency: Must reside in Abuja.

• Core Competencies: Comfortable working active field shifts, strong interpersonal skills, high persuasion, and effective verbal communication skills.

• Experience Level: Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates (prior experience not required).
