About this role
Adesa Media—a full-service 360° marketing agency specializing in branding, digital management, content production, media buying, and experiential marketing—is recruiting a Creative Designer for its core creative team in Lagos State. This multidisciplinary visual design role develops digital and print assets, motion graphics, campaign concepts, promotional reels, and brand identity systems across agency client accounts.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Asset Creation: Design social media graphics, pitch presentations, marketing collateral, campaign visuals, print flyers, and brand identity materials.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce short promotional videos, motion graphic assets, social reels, and animated graphics for multi-channel digital campaigns.

Format Adaptation & Consistency: Scale visual assets across print, digital, and OOH formats while enforcing strict brand guideline consistency.

Ideation & Campaign Execution: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, develop visual storytelling concepts, and execute deliverables within tight client schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications

Software Mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, grid alignment, and visual storytelling.

Portfolio Requirement: A design portfolio demonstrating still graphics, layout design, and motion graphics/animation execution is mandatory.

Core Competencies: Creative concepting, multi-tasking under agency deadlines, digital asset production, and cross-functional team collaboration.
