Client Relations Manager

Q21 Solutions—a premier Nigerian event planning, experiential marketing, and brand activation agency—is recruiting a Client Relations Manager (with experiential campaign management capabilities) for its operations in Nigeria. This senior account management role oversees key client relationships, translates client briefs into brand-immersive experiences, coordinates creative and vendor execution teams, and monitors project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality.

• Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the primary relationship lead for clients; understand brand objectives, clarify event briefs, manage expectations, and maintain high satisfaction across all project lifecycle stages.

• Experiential Campaign & Activation Leadership: Oversee on-ground activations, brand immersive experiences, corporate events, and storytelling initiatives from ideation through execution.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Liaise between clients, internal creative/production teams, third-party vendors, and suppliers to keep deliverables on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Project Monitoring & Quality Control: Track execution timelines, resolve operational friction points, and perform quality checks to ensure end products align with agency standards and client targets.

• Experience: Hands-on background in client service, account management, brand activation execution, and live event production within an agency or experiential marketing setting.

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; confidence in handling executive pitch presentations, contract discussions, and high-profile client expectations.

• Project & Financial Management: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and budget oversight capability.
