Digital Marketer / Sales Specialist

CodeLabProjects Group (CLP)—an American technology and business solutions conglomerate headquartered in Maryland, U.S.A., with expanding operations across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Ethiopia, and the Caribbean—is recruiting a Digital Marketer / Sales Specialist for its Abuja office.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on digital campaign execution, lead conversion, outbound B2B sales engagement, content creation, and multi-channel customer acquisition across the company's tech solutions portfolio.

• Location: Abuja (FCT) — On-site role strictly restricted to residents of Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, Apo, Lokogoma, Gudu, or nearby hubs

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email marketing) to generate qualified leads and drive revenue.

• Client Engagement & Sales Pitching: Conduct outbound sales calls, virtual demos, and client presentations; negotiate commercial terms and convert prospective leads into subscribers/clients.

• Content Creation & Marketing Communication: Draft professional proposals, email campaigns, and social media content using graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

• CRM & Market Intelligence: Track sales funnel metrics, log client interactions via CRM tools, analyze competitor strategies, and deliver data-driven performance reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Communication Requirement: Mandatory command of professional English—candidates must be highly articulate with excellent grammar, clear pronunciation, and strong pitch delivery skills.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email automation tools, design platforms (Canva/Photoshop), and MS Office.

• Location Constraint: Must reside within or close to Lugbe, Airport Road, Galadimawa, Apo, Lokogoma, or Gudu in Abuja.

• Core Competencies: Digital marketing strategy, outbound sales negotiation, lead conversion pipelines, copy-editing, visual design, and CRM tracking.
