About this role
Codelabprojects Nigeria Limited—an AI-first technology, BPO, and SaaS/PaaS/MaaS provider—is recruiting a Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent for its on-site operations hub in Sabon-Lugbe, Airport Road, Abuja (FCT).
This entry-to-mid-level commercial position combines telemarketing, outbound B2B cold calling, lead generation, social media management, and basic graphic design using tools like Canva and Adobe tools.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Cold Calling & Lead Pitching: Execute outbound calls to corporate prospects, communicate AI/tech product value propositions, and qualify sales leads.

Digital Marketing & Content Execution: Assist in managing company social media channels, publishing content, and designing promotional graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

Customer Support & Pipeline Tracking: Follow up on incoming lead inquiries, maintain accurate call logs, and log customer engagement metrics for the operations team.

Product Adaptation: Participate in structured training programs to master sales scripts, digital tools, and company SaaS/BPO offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (NYSC corps members currently serving or post-NYSC graduates are eligible).

Technical & Design Skills: Proficiency with graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) and social media publishing tools.

Core Competencies: B2B telesales, phone pitch execution, lead conversion, trainability, written/spoken English, and technical adaptability.
