Project Manager

Aceroyal Estates—a commercial real estate, asset marketing, and property investment firm—is recruiting a Project Manager for its real estate development site operations in Olokonla, Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos State.

This role oversees site construction, contractor coordination, project scheduling, quality inspection, and budget compliance across residential and commercial property developments in the Lekki-Epe expressway corridor.

• Site Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee building construction, civil works, contractor deliverables, and timeline milestones from site prep to final handover.

• Contractor & Vendor Supervision: Coordinate architects, civil engineers, MEP sub-contractors, and material suppliers to maintain quality standards and safety protocols.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor site expenditure, audit material usage, review variation requests, and ensure project execution within assigned financial limits.

• Progress Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment: Track project timelines, identify site risks, and deliver detailed technical updates to executive management and client investors.

• Academic Background: Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying.

• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or PMP-equivalent engineering/building council accreditations (e.g., CORBON, COREN) are an added advantage.

• Core Competencies: Real estate construction oversight, subcontractor management, schedule optimization, technical site auditing, and problem-solving.
