About this role
Refin Homes Limited is recruiting a Head of IT and Media to manage both its corporate IT infrastructure and digital media operations in Lagos State. This role combines network/hardware systems administration, data security, cloud suite management, website administration (WordPress), graphic design, video editing, and digital content marketing to drive real estate brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & System Support: Configure and troubleshoot hardware, local networks, printers, email systems, and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace tools.

Cybersecurity & Asset Management: Execute routine data backups, manage antivirus software, maintain IT asset inventories, and enforce data protection standards.

Digital Media & Content Production: Create graphics (Canva / Adobe Creative Suite), shoot and edit project videos, manage social media profiles, and update the corporate WordPress website.

Analytics & Multi-Departmental Support: Track digital campaign metrics, prepare monthly performance reports, and support live presentations and team operations.
Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Stack: Hardware/network troubleshooting, WordPress CMS, graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut), and cloud productivity tools.

Portfolio & Background: A portfolio demonstrating previous graphics, video edits, or social media campaigns is an advantage.
