About this role
Ohan Corporate Services—a specialized HR and executive recruiting agency—is recruiting a Male Accountant / Liaison Officer on behalf of its client based in Lagos Island, Lagos State. This hybrid role combines core SME accounting functions (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, financial record-keeping, bank reconciliations) with office liaison and administrative coordination (procurement, statutory filings, vendor management) for operations in the Lekki-Lagos Island axis.
Key Responsibilities-
Invoicing & Accounts Payable/Receivable: Generate, verify, and track invoices, process client billing, cross-check payment receipts against expenses, and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Financial Record-Keeping & Reconciliations: Maintain accurate ledger entries, reconcile daily/monthly bank statements, monitor petty cash disbursements, and assemble basic balance sheets.

Liaison & Office Administration: Manage vendor/client correspondence, coordinate procurement of office supplies, maintain physical/digital document archives, and manage office facilities.

Financial Compliance Support: Assist senior management in maintaining audit-ready operational records, schedule administrative follow-ups, and ensure daily office tasks run smoothly.

Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Baseline: Practical experience performing combined accounting and administrative/office management duties within an SME environment.

Geographic Constraint: Must reside within Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State for convenient daily commuting to Lagos Island.

Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (specifically MS Excel and MS Word) and familiar with standard office management software.
