Sales Representative

BridgeHedge Limited—a strategic consulting, financial advisory, and talent management partner—is recruiting a Sales Representative on behalf of its lubricants division based in Otukpo, Benue State. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this field-based commercial role drives territory expansion, B2B sales, dealer management, and product distribution for automotive and industrial lubricants across workshops, fleet operators, transport logistics firms, and retail stockists in Benue State and surrounding North-Central markets.

• Field Sales & Territory Growth: Prospect, conduct field visits, and sell automotive/industrial lubricants directly to mechanics, auto workshops, fleet operators, transport depots, and retail distributors.

• Key Account & Dealer Management: Build relationships with regional lubricant dealers, handle product orders, coordinate deliveries with logistics units, and ensure timely payment collection.

• Product Education & Technical Pitching: Advise commercial customers on optimal lubricant viscosity grades, engine oil specifications, and industrial equipment maintenance needs.

• Market Intelligence & AI-Enhanced Reporting: Track competitor pricing, monitor market gaps across Benue State, and prepare regular sales reports using CRM tools, MS Office, and AI productivity assistants.

• Academic Credentials: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.

• Experience Baseline: Hands-on experience in field sales, B2B customer development, or distributor management within the lubricants, FMCG, or automotive sector.

• Geographic & Tech Criteria: Resident in or around Otukpo, Benue State; proficient in Microsoft Office and basic AI tool applications (ChatGPT/Claude).

• Core Competencies: B2B lead generation, territory mapping, price negotiation, distributor management, and target-driven field execution.
