General Manager – EPCIC
About this role
Iteka Integrated Services Limited is recruiting a General Manager – EPCIC in Lagos. This senior executive role leads end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) operations across energy, oil and gas, and major infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

EPCIC Operational Leadership: Direct all phases of the project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning) safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Resource & Financial Governance: Allocate operational resources, approve plans and expenditures within delegated limits, and manage multi-million dollar project budgets.

Vendor & Subcontractor Oversight: Select and manage vendors, fabricators, engineering consultants, and sub-contractors to support execution.

Risk Management & Executive Reporting: Identify and escalate commercial, contractual, operational, and financial risks to executive management with mitigation strategies.

Client & Regulatory Engagement: Represent the organization in high-level client engagements with oil and gas operators, joint-venture partners, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Competencies: EPCIC lifecycle management, contract/claims administration, HSE & QA/QC oversight, supply chain management, and risk mitigation.

Sector Expertise: Working knowledge of Nigerian and international oil and gas operators, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Leadership Traits: Strategic decision-making, commercial awareness, negotiation, crisis management, and multidisciplinary team building.
