Customer Service Representative & Service Advisor

Hebo Auto Company Limited—an automotive sales, genuine Toyota spare parts distributor, and ultra-modern motor repair workshop operator—is recruiting a Customer Service Representative & Service Advisor for its facility in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Reporting to the Workshop Controller and Aftersales Manager, this customer-facing technical support role handles client intake, vehicle service booking, repair estimate generation, workshop progress tracking, and parts identification using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC).

• Client Intake & Service Advising: Receive customers, record vehicle faults, generate official job cards on the in-house workshop management system, and issue preliminary repair estimates/Proforma Invoices.

• Work-In-Progress (WIP) Tracking: Liaison between workshop technicians, parts storekeepers, and vehicle owners to monitor repair timelines, convey diagnostic updates, and secure approval for additional work.

• Parts & Technical Interface: Identify genuine Toyota spare parts and components required for scheduled maintenance or mechanical overhauls using technical software and physical verification.

• Customer Care & Handover: Conduct post-service vehicle inspections, explain invoice details to clients upon collection, and perform follow-up satisfaction calls.

• Academic Baseline: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Humanities, or Social Sciences.

• Licensing & Technical Aptitude: Valid driver's license; strong technical inclination toward automotive mechanics and parts functionality.

• Software Competency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and workshop/ERP applications.

• Core Competencies: Clear verbal and written communication, stress tolerance under peak workshop hours, client relationship management, and strict professional integrity.
