About the Role
Elizade Autoland is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer responsible for handling after-sales customers, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer matters, maintaining relationships, and optimising sales opportunities. The role is based in Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers State (onsite, full-time, Monday - Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned key customers' decision makers for after-sales
- Ensure all sales customers assigned are converted to aftersales customers
- Ensure the customer fleet portfolio is managed according to manufacturer standards
- Achieve budgeted revenue for aftersales; develop and own the opportunity funnel
- Coordinate with credit control for monthly reconciliation of key customer accounts, ensuring no outstanding debt beyond approved periods
- Ensure proper services are delivered to customers promptly
- Resolve issues and complaints to maintain trust and relationships
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts with key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Automobile experience and technical knowledge are added advantages
Compensation
- ₦200,000 monthly net + other benefits
