Above Lifestyle—a premium hospitality, lounge, and nightlife enterprise operating across Lekki, Ikotun, and Abuja—is recruiting a Skilled Videographer / Video Content Creator for its flagship venue in Lekki, Lagos State. Reporting to the Brand & Growth Manager and Social Media Lead, this creative role drives short-form visual storytelling (Instagram Reels, TikTok, event coverage, promotional spots, and lifestyle recaps) to capture the brand's night-life and dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

Visual Production & Event Shooting: Plan, light, shoot, and direct short-form videos, event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and guest experience reels across venue operating hours.

Editing & Motion Graphics: Edit raw footage using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro; integrate hooks, trendy sound tracks, color grading, caption overlays, and motion graphics.

Growth Marketing Alignment: Partner with the Social Media Manager to test trend-driven video formats, create high-converting social ads, and track video engagement metrics.

Media Asset Archiving: Maintain structured digital video libraries, catalog raw footage, and repurpose long-form clips across multiple platform formats.

Academic & Portfolio Credentials: B.Sc./B.A. with a strong portfolio showcasing nightlife, lifestyle, or commercial product video production.

Software & Hardware Mastery: Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, directional mics, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects.

Core Competencies: Visual storytelling, pacing/sound design, trend awareness, agility under low-light nightlife conditions, and self-direction.
