The role involves providing premium food and beverage service to executives, board members and high-profile guests. Meal preparation is handled by an existing Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality food, beverage and refreshment service for executive dining, meetings and corporate events
- Set up boardrooms and dining areas to luxury service standards
- Maintain clean, polished tableware, glassware and hospitality spaces
- Uphold strict hygiene, health and safety standards
- Monitor pantry supplies, beverages, serving equipment and inventory
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional professionalism and personal grooming
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Steward, Butler, or Food and Beverage Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury corporate office, or fine-dining establishment
- OND, HND, or professional certification in Hospitality, Catering, or Hotel Management
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of fine-dining service
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, trustworthiness and emotional intelligence
- Immaculate personal hygiene and grooming
