Key Responsibilities
- Support daily finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchasing, and reporting
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, cash flow, credit approvals, and debt recovery
- Analyse financial performance and help improve profitability and cost control
- Prepare accurate financial reports and provide commercial insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Improve financial processes and support the development of the Finance team
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar senior finance role
- Strong analytical, communication, commercial, and cost management skills
- Knowledge of payroll taxes, accounts payable, and related financial processes
- Experience with accounting systems; Opera Cloud, Sun Cloud, and other listed systems are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
