HR Manager
About this role
HIS DulCe, which operates apartments, a restaurant, a coffee lounge, and an event hall, is seeking an HR Manager to ensure HR compliance, manage recruitment, and maintain workforce stability across its hospitality operations
Job Details
- Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and event days
- Compensation: NGN 250,000 - 400,000 monthly
- Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and ensure timely, accurate filing of PAYE, PenCom, and NSITF contributions
- Recruit and onboard front-of-house, kitchen, and apartment staff
- Maintain accurate attendance records and personnel files across rotating shifts
- Support staff retention and ensure smooth workforce management across business units
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of payroll administration and statutory HR compliance
- Strong recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Availability to work on-site, including weekends and event days
