Restaurant Manager

Sweet Sensations Confectionery Limited—a premier Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain operating across Lagos and Ogun States—is recruiting Restaurant Managers for its branch operations across Lagos Mainland hubs (Yaba, Surulere, Gbagada, Iyana-Oworo, and Ifako). Reporting to the Regional Operations Lead, this role oversees total outlet performance, kitchen production, front-of-house customer experience, shift scheduling, inventory forecasting, and local branch marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations & Inventory Control: Oversee daily front and back-of-house workflows, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, manage raw ingredient inventories, and eliminate product waste.

• Team Leadership & Shift Scheduling: Supervise shift rotas, mentor floor staff, manage employee performance, and enforce standard operating procedures across kitchen and counter teams.

• Customer Success & Dispute Resolution: Maintain high guest satisfaction scores, resolve customer complaints promptly, and lead localized sales/promotional activations.

• Financial Management & Daily Audits: Track daily sales reconciliations, audit register logs, forecast ingredient demands, and report performance metrics to regional management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Credentials: B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality, Food Science, or Business Administration.

• Residency Requirement: Preference is given to candidates living in Yaba, Surulere, Gbagada, Iyana-Oworo, or Ifako for ease of shift commute.

• Core Competencies: QSR operational management, basic food accounting/cost control, team motivation, numerical accuracy, and food safety/HSE compliance.
