About this role
Addme Nutrition Limited—a food and seasoning processing company—is recruiting a Mechanical / Utility Engineer in Ikorodu, Lagos. Reporting to the Factory Operations / Plant Manager, this full-time role manages industrial machinery maintenance, minimizes production downtime, services factory utilities, and enforces food safety and hygiene protocols.
Key Responsibilities-
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled servicing and emergency repair of factory machinery, minimizing operational downtime.

Equipment Servicing: Maintain and troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, pumps, pneumatic systems, conveyors, and mixers.

Installation & Supervision: Assist in machine commissioning, alignment, and modifications while supervising technicians and maintenance contractors.

Safety & Record Keeping: Track downtime logs and spare parts inventories while adhering to factory hygiene, HSE, and food safety standards.

Core Competencies: Industrial machinery troubleshooting, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, technical manual interpretation, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
