About this role
Compovine Technologies Limited—an IT solutions, computer hardware, and software services enterprise with nationwide branches across 10 state capitals—is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for its corporate headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State. Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior HR leadership role oversees personnel administration, recruitment strategy execution, payroll/benefits administration, staff onboarding, and employee training across Compovine's expanding branch network in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities

Multi-Branch HR Administration: Coordinate personnel policies, administrative functions, and operational compliance across head office and regional branch offices.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Design national recruitment strategies to fill IT engineering, sales, and administrative vacancies; direct orientation and onboarding processes.

Payroll & Benefits Management: Enforce systems for managing employee benefits, payroll processing, performance appraisals, and workplace conduct policies.

Training & Workplace Development: Assess technical and administrative skill gaps across branches; implement employee training programs to maintain operational standards.

Academic Credentials: B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD professional certification is highly desirable).

Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor laws, nationwide workforce coordination, payroll systems, and performance appraisal methodologies.

Core Competencies: Strategic HR planning, employee relations, multi-branch workforce management, conflict resolution, and leadership.
