Sales Officer

Proten International—an international human resource, staffing, and management consulting firm—is recruiting Sales Officers - Fixed Line (2 Openings) on behalf of a leading telecommunications and Internet Service Provider (ISP) enterprise across Abuja (FCT) and Lagos State. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), this 100% direct field-sales role executes door-to-door prospecting, estate cluster mapping, broadband customer acquisition, Customer Application Form (CAF) sign-ups, payment collections, and subscriber retention across residential estates and commercial hubs.

• Direct Field Prospecting & Acquisition: Conduct daily cold calling and door-to-door pitches across residential estates and business clusters in Lagos Island or Abuja to sign up fixed-line broadband customers.

• Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee prospect identification, product presentation, Customer Application Form (CAF) completion, payment collection, and installation coordination with technical engineering teams.

• Stakeholder & Agent Network Engagement: Partner with Estate Facility Managers and community associations to secure marketing activation permits; recruit and manage Sub-Sales Agents (SSAs) to expand local pipeline coverage.

• Account Retention & Territory Intelligence: Assist onboarded subscribers with data recharges and issue resolutions to minimize churn, track competitor pricing/tariff adjustments, and submit daily sales/pipeline reports to the ASM.

• Academic Credentials: B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or related fields.

• Field Sales Mastery: 2–3 years of verifiable field acquisition experience; familiarity with residential estate layouts on Lagos Island or within Abuja FCT.

• Core Competencies: Direct door-to-door selling, estate facility engagement, sales pipeline management, customer onboarding, payment collection, and objection handling.
