About this role
HiiT Plc—Nigeria's pioneer ICT training and education institution—is recruiting an AI Automation Course Instructor for its tech education hub in Lagos State. Reporting to the Academic Director / Training Operations Lead, this technical education role designs and delivers practical, hands-on training modules covering artificial intelligence, low-code/no-code workflow automation tools, machine learning applications, and enterprise automation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery & Hands-on Labs: Facilitate interactive instructor-led classes on AI concepts, large language model (LLM) integrations, machine learning, and workflow automation.

Course Content & Project Design: Develop structured syllabi, presentation slides, lab exercises, capstone projects, and student skill assessments tailored to entry-level and professional adult learners.

Real-World Automation Mentorship: Guide students through practical business automation workflows, API connections, low-code tools, and digital transformation toolstacks.

Classroom Management & EdTech: Manage physical training sessions and online Learning Management Systems (LMS), tracking student progress and project completion rates.

Technical Mastery: Solid foundation in AI concepts, automated workflow systems, prompt engineering, and business process automation.

Pedagogical Competency: Excellent technical communication skills with a proven ability to break down complex machine learning and API automation frameworks into accessible concepts.

Core Competencies: Classroom management, technical curriculum development, project-based teaching, and LMS platform administration.
