HR Lead

PeopleAsset Consulting is recruiting an HR Lead on behalf of its client in the telecommunications infrastructure and tower management sector (TowerCo), located in Victoria Island, Lagos State. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this full-time role operates at the Assistant Manager to Manager grade, taking end-to-end accountability for human resource strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, statutory labor compliance, and HR ops for the company's Nigerian operating entity.

• HR Operations & Executive Reporting: Lead all operational and strategic HR functions, advising the Country Manager on workforce planning, org design, and labor cost optimization.

• Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle for telecom engineers, site operations personnel, supply chain leads, and corporate staff.

• Performance & Compensation Governance: Administer performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs), structure competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, and manage annual appraisal cycles.

• Employee Relations & Statutory Compliance: Enforce compliance with Nigerian Labor Law, manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, and ensure proper remittance of statutory deductions (Pension, PAYE Tax, NSITF, ITF).

• HR Transformation & HRIS Administration: Implement HR Information Systems (HRIS), design learning and development programs, and foster a high-performance organizational culture.

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree + 5–8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (Telecom, Infrastructure, or TowerCo experience strongly preferred).

• Software Toolstack: HRIS platforms (SeamlessHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR), MS Excel HR analytics, and payroll processing software.

• Core Competencies: Human Resource Strategy, Nigerian Labor Law compliance, talent acquisition, organizational development, executive stakeholder management, and performance management design.
