About this role
Rise Networks—Nigeria’s pioneering AI for Development (AI4D) organization focused on ethical AI talent, digital rights, and tech literacy—is recruiting a Content Creator for its head office in Lagos State. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Creative Lead, this full-time, on-site creative position is responsible for designing, writing, shooting, and scheduling digital social media content (reels, carousels, videos, copy) across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook to grow the brand's AI and tech community.
Key Responsibilities-
Multi-Platform Content Production: Plan, write, shoot, edit, and schedule digital media assets (text, images, short-form video reels, carousels) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.

Brand Storytelling & Youth Culture Trends: Translate AI, ethical tech, and digital literacy topics into witty, engaging, and educational social media narratives aligned with youth culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, video editors, and campaign strategists to execute weekly content calendars approved by leadership.

Community Engagement & Analytics Tracking: Monitor audience interactions, manage post replies, track reach/impressions, and analyze growth metrics using Meta Insights and platform analytics.

Domain Mastery & Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of social media content, viral reel creation, or digital brand storytelling.

Software & Tools Toolstack:

Design & Editing: Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, basic mobile photography/videography apps.

Social Management: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite.

Analytics: Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics.
