177 Group Limited—a global integrated corporate group—is recruiting a Photo Editor and Creative for its remote design and social media production operations in Lagos, Nigeria. Reporting to the Lead Creative Director, this remote creative role combines digital photo retouching, graphic design, social media content development, video editing, and generative AI visual workflows across international brand campaigns.

• Photo Editing & Digital Retouching: Perform photo manipulation, color correction, background removal, product image retouching, and vector graphic design for digital channels.

• Content Creation & Video Editing: Conceptualize, film, edit, and post short-form video content and social media visuals (reels, banners, carousels) without constant supervision.

• AI Visual Integration: Utilize generative AI tools to generate, refine, and accelerate visual asset creation for multi-platform marketing initiatives.

• Proactive Brand Strategy: Identify content opportunities, interpret creative briefs independently, and maintain consistent visual standards across corporate collateral.

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor's Degree + 1–10 years in creative media / digital design.

• Design & Editing Software Suite: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, Corel PaintShop Pro, Premiere Pro / CapCut, and Generative AI creation tools.

• Core Competencies: Digital photo retouching, video editing, social media content strategy, visual brand storytelling, self-direction, and generative AI media prompting.
