Estate Surveyor & Valuer

Swift Global Recruit is recruiting an Estate Surveyor & Valuer on behalf of its client in the real estate and property asset management sector, located in Ikeja, Lagos State. Reporting to the Head of Valuation and Asset Management, this full-time role conducts property valuation assessments, carries out site inspections, drafts formal asset appraisal reports, and manages property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions across Lagos State.

• Property Valuation & Asset Inspection: Conduct physical inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties; calculate open market values, insurance replacement values, and forced sale values.

• Valuation Report Preparation: Prepare detailed valuation reports for commercial banks, corporate clients, institutional investors, and private buyers in accordance with professional valuation standards.

• Sales, Leasing & Agency Management: Manage property listings, negotiate lease terms, handle tenant acquisitions, draft lease agreements in conjunction with legal teams, and coordinate property sales.

• Real Estate Investment Advisory: Advise clients on market trends, rental yield projections, property development viability, and real estate portfolio diversification.

• Academic Credentials: B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management + 2+ years of real estate valuation experience.

• Technical & Valuation Software: Valuation spreadsheet models, CAD/GIS mapping software, MS Office Suite, and real estate listing platforms.

• Core Competencies: Property appraisal, site inspection, real estate lease negotiation, market survey research, client advisory, and valuation report writing.
