Marketing Officer

PeopleFirst HR Hub is recruiting a Marketing Officer on behalf of its client in the real estate development and asset management sector, located in Lekki, Lagos State. Reporting to the Lead Marketing & Sales Strategist, this full-time on-site role is responsible for driving property lead generation, managing digital and social media marketing campaigns, promoting residential/commercial estate listings, and building client pipelines across Lekki and the Lagos Island corridor.

• Real Estate Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to capture and convert prospective buyers and real estate investors.

• Social Media & Content Creation: Design engaging visual and written content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, estate listing portals) to highlight property inventory.

• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular surveys on property pricing, land appreciation rates, and competitor developments across the Lekki-Epe expressway axis.

• Client Engagement & Sales Support: Build relationships with prospective buyers, coordinate property walkthroughs and site inspections, and assist legal/sales teams during transaction closing.

• Academic Credentials: B.Sc. or HND + 3+ years of marketing experience (real estate industry background preferred).

• Digital Toolstack: Social media ad managers (Meta Ads, Google Ads), CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot), graphic layout tools (Canva/Photoshop), and MS Excel lead tracking tools.

• Core Competencies: Lead generation, digital media marketing, real estate listing promotion, negotiation, content strategy, and client relationship management.
