About this role
Refin Homes Limited—a real estate and housing development company—is recruiting a Civil Engineer in Lagos. Reporting to the Project Manager / Managing Partner, this full-time role oversees site construction supervision, technical drawing reviews, quality control of building materials, contractor coordination, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across residential housing projects.
Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee daily construction activities, inspect structural works, and ensure compliance with approved architectural/engineering drawings and building codes.

Materials & Technical Control: Audit the quality and usage of construction materials, resolve structural/technical issues on-site, and enforce safety (HSE) protocols.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, site workers, sub-consultants, and structural engineers to maintain project timelines.

Documentation & Progress Reporting: Conduct site audits, maintain accurate logs of completed milestones, and submit progress reports to management.

Technical Skills: Architectural/engineering drawing interpretation, AutoCAD proficiency, quantity estimation support, and site safety management.

Core Competencies: Structural analysis, site supervision, problem-solving, contractor management, and technical reporting.
